Mangrove Online Return Policy

Please note that this return policy is strictly applicable to online purchases made on our website www.ShopMangrove.com. If you purchased any Mangrove items from a different outlet than www.ShopMangrove.com, the return and refund policy may vary. Returns will not be accepted without our prior approval.

Please contact us directly by emailing at returns@ShopMangrove.com. We will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund.

We accept returns within 15 days after purchase. Returned products should not have been worn, used or washed. Product must have all original tags attached. The product must be in its original condition and may not be altered in anyway.

Do not discard any packaging or invoices until you are completely satisfied with the product(s) shipped. The original packing slip must be included with your return. Items returned without original packaging may be refused.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, unless the item/items are sent in error. Incorrect or damaged merchandise must be reported to Mangrove.us.com within three (3) days of receipt. Please note that we can only replace the item for the same product subject to availability. You will receive a full refund, less the shipping charges, if the item cannot be replaced.

You should ship your return via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Tracking Number until you receive your refund. The costs of returns are not paid for by Mangrove and will not be reflected in your refund amount. Mangrove assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments.

Returns are not processed on the same day they are received. We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving your package. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.

We cannot accept returns of final sale merchandise. All final sale items will be marked “final sale”

Online returns are available only for items that were shipped within the United States.

Mangrove Online Exchanges Policy:

We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one Mangrove item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above Return Policy and place a new order for the item you would like.
